Orders received for 2010 planting will be priced from our current catalogue (where plants of the same grade are available). Orders received after 31 March 2009 will be subject to any price alterations, however some prices may be subject to change prior to this. A deposit of 20% will be required for large and contract orders as well as for some orders placed well in advance of collection, at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due ex nursery, ie on collection, and credit will only be given to approved customers with payment terms due 20th of the following month. All plants, trees and good remain the property of Te Hana Nurseries until full payment is received. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts at 2.5% of outstanding balance per month until paid in full. We reserve the right to pass on all debt collection expenses.

EFT-POS IS AVAILABLE (however we are not set up for credit card payments).

Freight and Packaging

Freight and packaging costs are not included in our prices so are at extra cost. Special freight rates can be negotiated on large orders. We can arrange specialist horticultural carriers to protect your plants. We prefer to retain our trays, however when this is not possible wooden or poly trays will be charged out at our cost of $3.00. This is refundable upon return in good condition.
